Kathy Lynch Announces State Committeewoman Re-election Campaign:

“Republicans are needed now more than ever in Massachusetts”

Kathy Lynch, Republican State Committeewoman for the First Middlesex District is announcing her campaign for re-election in the new district of Worcester and Middlesex.

On Super Tuesday, March 5th, 2024, Republican voters across the state will elect 80 (40 men and 40 women) to govern the Massachusetts Republican Party. These State Committee members are elected to establish the policies and platform of the Massachusetts Republican Party (MassGOP), provide leadership to the city, ward, and town committees, and help recruit and elect Republican candidates to office.

Kathy Lynch will be working diligently to meet Republicans and Unenrolled voters in the new district that includes Westford,Leominster, Fitchburg, Groton, Lunenburg, Townsend, Clinton, Lancaster, Shirley, and Ashby.

Kathy Lynch has been very active in her State Committeewoman role, serving on the following committees: Elections Review (Chairwoman), Issues, and Public Relations. For the MassGOP State Convention, Kathy served as Chief of Tally Operations changing the method of tallying votes from electronic to hand-counted “the way voting is supposed to be done,” said Lynch. She also served on the Credentials and Rules Committees for the State Convention.

While the state was reeling from shutdowns and mandates, Kathy took a leadership role by handing in thousands of collected petition signatures and three resolutions petitioning the governor to end the unconstitutional shutdown, make masks optional, and refuse implementation of vaccine passports. All three resolutions passed.

Lynch has taken a prominent role in a number of Massachusetts ballot initiatives: to require voter ID, to prohibit ranked choice voting, to stop taxpayer-funded abortion, to require reasonable steps to preserve the life of a baby born alive despite attempts to abort it, to reverse illegal-alien drivers licenses, and to prevent a transportation and climate initiative (TCI) tax.

Furthermore, Lynch has enthusiastically led numerous rallies, standouts, trainings, and candidate events. Several examples include a Save Columbus Day celebration on Westford Common, a free-speech standout at the Pepperell Rotary, and statewide poll worker and observer training.

Lynch states, “Republicans are needed now more than ever in Massachusetts. This state is run largely by a super majority of Democrats – basically one-party rule that is very lopsided. Republicans offer balance and push-back against laws and policies that undermine our freedom, safety, health, and prosperity.”
