As we approach the 2025 Special Town Meeting on Monday, October 27, at 7:00 PM at Westford Academy, we’re focusing on Article 6: a proposed amendment to adjust the town’s MBTA Communities Multi-Family Overlay District (MCMOD) boundaries along Technology Park Drive (Tech Park East). This change, sponsored by the Planning Board, would remove ~15.34 acres from two parcels (2 and 6 Technology Park Drive) and add ~13.68 acres at 5 Technology Park Drive—resulting in a net reduction of 1.66 acres.
