The Westford Town Election results are in and the three Republicans in the contested races did not prevail. Here are pie charts showing the unofficial results and a copy of the printed results.

 

In Westford, it’s tough to defeat the special interests. Most of the positions open went uncontested which guarantees an easy victory for those who simply get their name on the ballot.

Heather Fitzpatrick, Meghan O’Connell, and Ming Zhang ran campaigns of which they should be proud. They stepped forward when no one else would. They got out there knocking doors, placing signs, participating in the debate, being interviewed on cable TV, and so much more. Kudos to them! 

They learned a lot and are each on a path forward to where they need to be! If you get the chance, thank them for running.
