Are there any republicans running for town offices this year?

Yes. Arthur Benoit for School Committee and Scott Hazelton for Board of Selectmen are registered Republican. I do not know the registration status of the Board of Health candidates. All others are registered unenrolled or Democrat.
In Westford and throughout the Commonwealth, municipal races are nonpartisan. The WRTC does not formally participate in municipal races.
